Questions
How do I pay?
With TWINT. After sending the order you see the amount and your order number. One tap opens the TWINT app, where you enter both.
When do I have to pay?
Within 3 days of ordering. We only order from the manufacturer what has been paid for. Unpaid orders are cancelled.
Can I order more than one set?
Yes. Just add more sets, each with its own size, name and number. You pay for everything at once.
Which size fits me?
Lay a shirt that fits you well flat and measure from armpit to armpit. Compare that with "Chest ½" in the table.
How do I get my set?
Either pick it up at the Christmas Game (20 December 2026, Sporthalle im Birch, Zürich) or we send it to you by post, within Switzerland for CHF 5 per order.
